Brand-new, functional rooms with a great view outside. Amazing and great food. - Particularly good and magnificent location for visiting bars and a stadium.

Spacious room. Hotel with private parking but they charge 9.50 per day. Quite close to the centre. The water temperature is kept constant.

Unpleasant staff, slow at the reception and no greetings. Wi-Fi is a disaster and is continuously disconnected. corridor full of cleaning carts morning and night. room is supposed to have a courtesy tray with drinks and cookies. first day only a cookie for two, second no cookies, no sugar, no napkins, no spoons, no infusions, no water, only 4 sachets of coffee. kettle was not working properly and it was spilling. old bathtub, with rust and black tile joints. walls are missing a coat of paint. stained carpet. second day we find the beds made in any way and crooked, little tables crooked too, bench blocking the service door, trash can above the sink. Although in the bathroom there is a note where it says that if you want the towels to be taken away you put them in the tub and we didn't, they were taken away anyway and they didn't replace them so two people had to shower with only one towel.

The hotel is clean and simple with nice touches, like the slippers for the shower, the tv programme, and the tea/coffee/bottled water, and biscuits. The beds are clean and the staff are very pleasant

The rooms are well-decorated and serviced excellently, while the location is convenient, just a short walk from a lovely park.

It was close to city walking distance to bus train and Metro which opened the city in every way it was pleasing to stay there and the staff were most helpful

This was the second time we'd stayed at this hotel in a week, unfortunately the night before our second stay the hotel caught fire. Kyriad offered to move us to their sister hotel 10 minutes drive outside of the city which wasn't suitable as we didn't have a car.

This place is beautifully designed and offers welcoming service, I truly enjoyed my stay with a great view outside.

The noise at night was very loud with car passing within a few meters of the house.

Truly enjoyed sensational breakfast, good sized and air-conditioned room.

The location was particularly good, not very far from Les Bateaux Toulousains. The hotel itself was in a local area, next to train station as well as Bordeaux and Toulouse.

My double room had coffee and a safety deposit box, and there were plenty of delicious options available for breakfast.

The hotel was recently refurbished and clean, its location was absolutely perfect to sights of Toulouse, great service. Everything was very good, including excellent breakfasts with fresh orange juice and bacon.

The hotel staff was very friendly and prestative as we need to ask to make a reservation for the airbus center, and in very morning they found us a taxi with no problem.

The rooms here are incredibly clean, offer a wonderful view, and have a convenient coffee setup in the bathroom.

Room good value , size and clean. Good Buffet Breakfast.
